TREATMENTS OF THE PRIMARY PRINTS

Desinfection of the prints:

The prints will be disinfected with a product to effective standards ISO9000 against all shapes of virus and dangerous bacteria by taking care as a preliminary to put on gloves before this intervention. The product will be pulverized on the prints. The sachets as well as wet cottons or papers will be thrown by respecting the standards of use of the product.

Primary print:

  • Cleaning disinfection impressed
  • Coulée (manual malaxation water + ordinary plaster)
  • Release from the mould Cuts model Nettoyage EP of series (knife + brushes metal)
  • Study of the model for the realization of a PEI

    • Run of print:

    The prints which will be cast must be handled with precaution. It is advised not to deposit the print such as on the bench with plaster, the deformations would be irremediable. For that, to use small small rules of wood or metal of two or three centimetres in height. The prints will be deposited there in such way not to put in direct support the zones where the material is not supported by the door not impressed.

    Primary education print with the platre

    The print will be immersed in a soapy water solution, it is possible to coat it with a layer of varnish, this in order to avoid any too intense connection with the plaster which will be run thereafter

    The demoulage

    Once respected the standards of the manufacturer for the catch of the plaster, it is not very probable to encounter problems concerning the primary prints with alginate as of the moment when the release from the mould will not be brutal. For the primary education prints with the plaster, we will distinguish two phases from release from the mould: on the one hand carries it impressed individual will be withdrawn, then using a hammer, we will type delicately on the plaster with print, in order to separate the plaster with enpreinte from the model carried out. This system is effective and will not pose a problem. However if, there is persistence of not-separation of the two plasters, immerse the whole a few minutes in ebullient water, separation will be immediate. The models are then ready to be regularized.
