Extending the life of the population is no stranger to this phenomenon. The total transitional prosthesis, either immediately or from old prostheses or evolve depending on the final extractions, are a key determinant of successful integration of our so-called permanent dentures. We will define the different objectives of this type of prostheses and their interest in the preparation preprosthetic and adaptation of our anatomical and functional restoration.
